Financial services charged by the Payment Institution4

As the integrated functionality of the system is a digital payment wallet and the financial settlement of transactions, the system requires the maintenance of financial accounts in a licensed payment institution. Fees may be associated with maintaining and using a financial payment account. For easier orientation, we present them informatively below.

Rewards

Each Client is assigned a unique string. This string can be integrated into links (URLs) for e-marketing or e-onboarding. Subsequently, thanks to this string, the system can identify through which existing Client the new Client or new Merchant has registered in the system. Referral and Referral Owner link will be created between them (see GTC for details). When a Referral makes a payment, the Referral Owner receives a reward according to the following table:

All fees are listed without VAT. The relevant VAT will be charged in the relevant items.

  3. Blocking of the card by the operator based on the client’s instruction. The client can still block the card through the portal himself, free of charge.

  5. Does not include costs charged by third parties such as banks. This fee may be charged separately at the time of the transaction, depending on the bank, as some banks charge fixed fees for the transaction regardless of the amount of the transaction.
