  • ABetterRoutePlanner (ABRP): Ingests our data on a daily basis.
  • Apple Maps: Apple Maps data within a few days.
  • Chargetrip: Ingests our data on a daily basis.
  • Google Maps: We need live status updates to push the onboarding of your network with Google. Once we have live data, it may take around 2 months for Google to accept locations from new sources. Onboarding generally begins within a few days after the connection.
  • HERE: Displays new locations within 2 weeks; in-car navigation updates vary by make and model.
  • Tesla: Tesla applies filters to show only highly reliable stations. Their official website and the filtering criteria are available here. New stations are added on an ad-hoc basis until an automatic monthly update is implemented.
  • TomTom: Adds new stations quarterly, but this will become more frequent soon; in-car navigation updates vary by make and model.
  • Uber: Ingests our data on a daily basis.
  • Waze: Ingests data within a few days but has not yet onboarded all countries.

Rewards

Each Merchant is assigned a unique string. This string can be integrated into links (URLs) for e-marketing or e-onboarding. Subsequently, thanks to this string, the system can identify through which Merchant the new Client or new Merchant registered in the system. Referral and Referral Owner link will be created between them (see GTC for details). When a Referral makes a payment, the Referral Owner receives a reward according to the following table:

Transaction fees

Our price list is adapted to the needs of charging station operators and fully takes into account their price/tariff policy. We understand that in practice different rules are applied for at least two price tariffs:
‍
‍Tariff 1 intended for registered customers – the registered client pays directly from his payment application,
‍
‍Tariff 2 intended for unregistered customers – the client without registration will use direct Ad-hoc payment: Through the card payment gateway in the client’s web browser environment, where the client scans the QR identifier of the connector or charger, pays the amount online according to the Tariff 2 tariff and downloads the charging document. Payments through the payment terminal located in the given location.

Tariff 1 is lower as registered customers enjoy the benefits of the customer club, while
‍Tariff 2 is higher and takes into account transaction costs and other related costs. Both tariffs are defined by the Merchant according to its own pricing policy6.

      The fee is charged by comparing the calculated fees for the given charging point with the fee from line 10 of the “Smart Fuel Pass Service” table and the fee from line 11 of the “Smart Fuel Pass Service – private charging stations” table, and only the one with the higher value is applied.
