Therme Laa had no EV chargers and wanted to offer added value to their guests. They needed easy solution that would enable their guests to pay without difficulties via app or simply by using any other preferred method. They needed this to be separate from reception, so it could be independently managed. They had two parking spaces they wanted to install charging stations (type 2 plug) in the hotel's underground car park (on charge)and also 2 in the public Therme car park accessible both to hotel guests as well as public.

We installed 5 EV chargers with POSterminal that manages all chargers. We enabled multiple payment methods for ourclient, so his guests can pay easily for charging.

• Hotel guests and other customers can see immediately the price for charging and how much this will cost them. There are no hidden roaming fees. The whole system is very transparent.
• Hotel can set their pricing model themselves and change it any time.
• The deployment ensures seamless interoperability with our existing infrastructure, enhancing the access and convenience of EV charging for users in this Vienna hotel.
• Terminal is standalone, so no bottlenecks for payment as guests can pay directly at the charger and receptionists can have more time to handle other tasks.
