eJoin Unveils Europe's most Powerful Charging Hub in Bratislava
Background
EjOIN is a Slovak manufacturer of charging stations for electric vehicles. They produce AC and DC charging stations for home and commercial use. Second big part of their company is their public infrastructure eJoin GO, that momentarily owns about 240 public charging points only in Slovakia. Their network is the fastest growing in Slovakia, 200 charging points they installed in one year on the Slovak market.
Challenge
EjOIN designed state-of-the art facility for EV charging, to meet the growing demands of the EV market by offering fast and ultra-fast charging possibility. Their existing backend did not fulfill their expectations of fast, transparent and easily manageable system.
They were looking for a new backend that would support this requirement and make payment at the charging station quick, transparent and seamless offering many payment methods.
Solution
We developed a software solution for eJoin that allows management of all the charging stations and execution of payment through their app and web interface as well as through the terminal that we installed.
We have migrated new system into existing infrastructure helping them to deliver accessible charging solution.
Results
- This project is still ongoing and we have as of this day migrated more than 350 charging stations.
- Significantly reduced transaction times.
- Solution provided real-time data analytics, allowing eJoin to monitor transactions and optimize chargingstation performance.
